Major General Hussein Ali Profile

Major General Mohammed Hussein Ali is no doubt a man with a chequered career, including a 6 year stint as Kenya's Police Commissioner. His inclusion in Ocampo's list of six prominent Kenyans deemed by the ICC to bear the greatest responsibility for the post election violence may therefore not come as a surprise to many, especially given the unending criticism of the police force during his tenure. In fact, claims of extra judicial killings were widespread during the post election violence.
