  • Is this guy still training with you guys? he has pretty amazing technique in this video for only have trained 4 weeks.

  • @VastChoirs he was for about 5 months. he did 125kg at 77kg then he got a job on the strip in a juggling show.

  • well, a hell of a lot people cant. i dont train the clean, and im pretty weak anyway, but i have had a few goes, and the main problem is technique. the bar flies up off the floor but i cant catch it cause the 2nd pull is all over the place. honestly, to suggest that anyone can clean there own bodyweight is a bit ignorant, if people dont train the clean how are they going to progress?

  • damn dude your gym makes dreams come true!

  • we currently have 5 guys training 2-3x day 7 days a week. they mostly live at home. the ones in school or have jobs train the "easy" of the two workouts on their own when they can. they all have keys to the gym and get it in whenever possible.

The only sponsor we have is redbull. we get all we can drink!

  • first off, awesome club, secondly, how do many of your athletes train 2-3 times a day 7 days a week? how do they aford things like food and other living expences? do you have any sponcers ect...

  • haha 'only' twice a day! i wish i had the dedication and discipline for that

  • We train now at 8am, and 3pm. soon we will be going to 3x/day. 8/12/6

  • What times do you train when training twice a day?

  • first, who can't clean bdwt? if not, better chose another sport. Secondly we only do the classic lifts 2x/day 7days/wk.
