@eddyemm Yeah I know how u feel lol, no karting for me since November, due to winter, and also have some money issues now as engine needed a rebuild!
I think its ok to put it in an oven, just put some paper on the bottom, or maybe use aluminium foil and wrap the tire, just incase the next time u bake a pizza it might smell like a tyre LOL

@JocoG23 Ok. Thanks for that advice. is it best to put the wheel/tyre into an oven set to 50degrees for several minutes or is there another way to do it? Wont be changing tyres for a while. Cant even afford to run the kart at the moment. Shame. Oh well. Ill be back in the seat before long. Thanks.

@eddyemm heat the tire up to 50°C and it will be softer than any softest compund at say 15°C ;)

That looks like a nice soft tyre. Tried to do the same with easy kart medium-hard compound. Fair bit of groaning going on from me. Hard work! 3 down. 1 to go. Good video! Really helpful.
