This is a simple demonstration showing how to get the RPG at the very beginning of the game.

There are no edits in this video... what you see is what actually happened.

This is the PC version of GTA IV.
NO CHEATS and no mods were used.
The official Rockstar patch (1.0.3.0) was installed.

There are no failed missions.

it sucks that you can save and i can't game cause i have the game on pc right and it's saying i have to sing in to this xbox live thing to save it why do u have to sing in to xbox just to save it????????

You can save the game without having Windows Live or Rockstar Social Club. Press the 'Home' button, create a profile, and make sure you select 'Create Offline Profile'. Then you can save the game.
