Does Law Enforcement know about the EPA?

Do the law enforcement personel in your community know the dangers of the chemicals being sprayed by the lawn care professionals working in your neighborhood? This sheriff deputy was called by the sprayer when we objected to the chemical drift on to our property. We were not well served and protected as you can hear.

Now that is funny as later he may develop seizures & cancer but too dumb to even know what caused it. Excuse me officer but a pesticide essentially is a war time nerve agent, it kills bugs by damaging their nervous system. I imagine if he were Iraqi he would be out there responding to complaints that Saddam was contaminating villages and he would say to them, Saddam is not contaminating your property it's just a bug killer, then the officer will curl up on the ground like a dead cockroach

Most law enforcement agencies are ignorant to environmental hazards. You need to video tape the incident and file a formal report against the company with your county Department of Environmental Protection or state Department of Agriculture. Don't take it sitting down.
