  • "Nothing runs like a Deere". . . . . When you gotta a CAT behind it!

  • @schmidt028 i agree with you that the Cat wheel loaders always have problems. John Deere is a huge company, I just dont like any of there construction equipment, there agriculture equipment is the best, but if i would rather choose a Volvo than a Deere, Volvo has lots of power (I am not saying Deere doesn't have power, but Volvo has much greater power) Volvo's cab is very nice, very comfortable, I compared a brand new Deere Wheel Loader to a brand new Volvo Wheel Loader and Volvo's cab is better

  • I work for the united rentals and deere is god . We have a mix bag of loaders to choose from and ive ran cats, dressers, case, kommies and deere is the best hands down .I ran a 744j for years at a salvage yard at night for years it would out run the cat it was pared with. Being a service engineer at ur deeres NEVER have any prolbems deere for the win

  • negative

  • son las mejores maquinas que hay lejos por sobre las demas

  • I have run them all over many years I put thousands of hours every make and model and I just love the Deere loaders.

  • I run a 624K highlift @ work, gotta say I would also take a CAT over the JD. there are some things the JD has that I like, but as far as power and control the CAT takes the cake.

  • Totally agree. You can't beat a John Deere loader. When I'm not flying, I work for some friends of mine who own an excavating business. We've used Cat's, Komatsu's, Doosans's, Case and JCB's. The John Deere blows them all away for power, control, ride and smoothness. Our new 624K is the Cadillac of loaders. Same with excavators and backhoes. After using a few different ones over the years, we've settled on John Deere. The Komatsu's are the only ones that come close, but Deere are less problems.

  • I run a JD 824J and I would choose that over a CAT any day. I also run CAT 966's and 972's and you can beat JD for power and capacity. But most of all the ride control is by far the most comfortable for an all day job.

  • Is it really a 4-wheel drive wheel loader??

Also, in comparing to similar size to the CAT 912 or the CAT 924 series, which one is more practical in terms of shaving saw-dust (at least 1 tonne load).

    Cheers.
