  • Hey really nice heli

Just wondering where doest the battery sit? Is the CoG to far back if its in the original frame?

  • you can see the video of how I finished it up and it flying on my website, myrcguides. com

  • Hey nuttcaze

Great video, was thinking about this body for my V2. Just a question. How is the battery changed, do you have to remove the front windscreen? Also im guessing you have flow it since, how did leaving the side windows out go for cooling.

    Keep up the good work

  • side windows are out and you do have to remove the windscreen to change the battery but I only use 3 screws for my windscreen so its not too much of a pain in the @ss, check out the vid of it flying on my website

  • would useing a screen in the window work good

  • yep

  • Hey Nuttcaze I'll share one of my tricks I do on my helicopters & nitro cars to still have windows that allow cooling. Use aluminum window screen cut it slightly bigger than the stock windows. Shape it to look like the window, then spray paint the screen gloss black 2 coats & let dry. Gently trim to exact size of original window then run thin bead of epoxy on outer edges of screen to keep screen from changing shape, then glue into place. Looks like tinted glass but allows air to circulate.

  • nice heli nuttcaze
