Is the singer's name Itou Eri, by any chance? Wiki says that she's Mulan's singing voice in the Japanese version... not sure if it's true.
Whoever the singer is, she sure does a great job! =]
(And if it's really Eri you might wanna find more of her songs here in Youtube to enjoy... haha)
