Hey Sean I have changed my driver this spring and ALL year have not been able to hit it 6 foot off the deck. The setup of placing the head of the club in the middle of the stance and the ball off the big toe worked!!!!!!!! The farmer won't like that he now has about 15 balls in his field might be an issue but now in Jan. I can finally hit the ball...Thank you sir!

shawn, i've had your first dvd series for 2 years now and i review them and this video prior to the start of the golf season here in ohio....a big help. what i have just realized about this video is that your swing in this video is almost exactly like sam sneed's....
how about that. now i know why your "system" and swing works for me...thanks again.

you're swing is the most "friendly" swing for 39 years old golfer like me, i ve been stoped golfing for a year and still can make the same score like before, nice 78. I am "8" and enjoy golf because of your explanation... God Bless You...
Shawn I am totally confused..you are the first instructor I have seen. who talk and show.a method that makes sense. how does this video show you playing left handed.

@ingeniousbraveheart That is because I play both right and left handed in the same bag! :) Just got my new Titleist irons and the odd irons are right and the even irons are left; same distance and trajectory with both; love the new D3 drivers; I have one left hand (305 to 320 yards) and right hand (315 to 330); when I use LH driver, I use RH 4 wood and vice versa; Shawn

@clemshaw Dear Shawn. Than you for your explanation.you are AMAZING I have been in Practice as a Spinal Consultant.for Forty years. not only does your method make Mechanical sense .even more important it makes Medical sense.as you eliminate a lot of unnecessary.moving parts.which removes all the strain from the Spine.and delivers far better. contact on the ball.which in return means .better control.which means longer shots.with less effort. a Win Win situation. @clemshaw I have joined the forum and have been lurking but I will post my thoughts soon enough. The lesson that really clicked the light on for me was the Taut Swing video. The concept if the baseball swing motion did it. I make it a point now to feel my hips go first in the downswing. This has created the lag I was missing and made my whole swing oily as you call it. I'm still working on it but you are the only one who actually helped me to put it together. I'm a believer.

@Houls61 Yes, that baseball snap is power! You want to see my "golf pro lesson feel and let the hammer through" and "golf pro lesson fishing and golf" videos as a tremendous complement to that one; see you in the forum! :) Shawn
