What's the shortcut for mirroring/flipping the canvas like that?

Its a feature of 'Actions'. Go to the actions palette and record a command or set of commands to be replayed when ever you need it. Pretty handy short cut!

@xmlcruleznusuckx Pretty much all skethcing/painting tutorials you'll find on youtube are done with some kind of tablet, stuff like this isn't easily achievable using a mouse
