The Teddy Bears had several singls on Imperial (and one on Dore) after the big hit. Most were beautiful ballads, with teen lyrics but adult melodies written by Spector, which never made it to the lone album on Imperiall, which was middle-road covers! NOTE: This version has a repeat of the 2nd verse, bridge and last verse spliced onto the end; it's the original take, but extended here.

I like the harmonizing of the fellas backing up their lead vocalist. Are the lyrics all good or somewhat negative?. It may not be that negative if your're looking at it as a good thing that you don't need this person anymore & that's why it may just have that positive side to it. I'll never forget this band for their #1 hit "To Know Him"....what a memory & what a song! Thx4 posting
