Our Mission:

The mission at Pecoraros Academy of Martial Arts is to empower our members with the physical, mental and emotional skills necessary to be successful in life. By emphasizing self-defense, health, fitness and life skills in a friendly, safe, positive environment, we inspire our students to become more confident, successful contributing members of our community. The values of respect, self-control, patience, courtesy and integrity are the corner stones of what we teach.

What You Can Expect From Us:

Our Academy is one of the premier martial arts school in the nation, guiding individuals from all walks of life and in all age groups, to reach their full potential. The physical benefits of our programs are matched by equally powerful mental advantages. Because of their indomitable spirit, the committed martial artist sees huge benefits in the everyday world.

For children, this means better grades in school and better behavior at home. Teens gain a level of clarity that gives them a huge advantage in dealing with the complexities in their lives. And for adults, this translates directly to increased success in business and more fulfilling personal relationships.

Our Invitation To You:

Learning martial arts is fun and provides lifelong benefits, but we know it can be a little intimidating to jump right into a class. We invite you to come in for a free trial offer with no obligation. Youll learn some basics and we'll answer all your questions. We'll give you a tour of our facility and if youd like, we'll introduce you to our staff and some of our other students.

You'll see for yourself how we help people of all ages develop physical and mental skills to help them be their very best in all aspects of their lives.

  • that's the truth............to avoid any kind of illness we must wash our hands often....good point adam....

  • You should have Purell. If you shake hands all day, you could use some, not to use after every single person, but you're probably not near water all the time. That's what Purell's for, to use when you're not near soap & water.

I'm a paramedic now. We use Purell to wash our hands w/ between calls in which we're not near soap & water.

  • Doctors wash their hands before surgery for 30 straight minutes. It's called scrubbing, and they wash from their hands all the way up to their elbows. Then the OR Tech or circulating nurse places the surgical coat & gloves on the surgeon.

That's one of an OR Technician's glorified duties.

I was an OR Technician. If you want to practice forgiveness 24/7, OR Technician is a good opportunity for it.

Most surgeons take some getting used to.
