Confusing for deliberate reasons: Because idiots ignore the updates.

Why sell the Lottery? Like other Republican's, Douglas pushed tax cuts for wealthier residents (that would donate to his campaigns) but the decreased revenue was catching up to him. Usually Governor's want to run for US Senate, or President, so this one time balloon payment would balance his MESSED up budget but leave decreased revenue for the NEXT Gov.

Then he'd.run a campaign that he balanced HIS budget.

  • This reminds me of when FORMER Vermont Gov. Jim Douglas (Republican - that should be no surprise) wanted to sell the State Lottery to a private firm for a one time fee and a small fee returned to the state for 20 years. There is no longer any information on Google with those details, in fact, what you can find does not sound as bad as that, but living near Vermont and hearing THEIR news regularly, I know that was what he began to push after the first, less extreme announcement. Confusing?

  • @billybobhobnob101 Ha wow wikipida..please post the rest of what they say... By that account the Nazi's and the Itialian Facist were not facist. In what dream world did say Krupp gave Hittler his marching orders. The leaders of large german industry were liquidated at all and replaced with people loyal to the Nazi's in order to support their collective aims.

Yes the Nazi rejection of individualism is just what Ayn Rand wanted..Do you even know how the Russian Oligarchs got into power?

  • @EasyEs Fascism (pronounced /ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a radical, authoritarian globalist political ideology. Fascists seek to organize nations according to corporatist perspectives, values, and systems, including the political system and the economy, - so do the Koch brothers pay you or do you just have Ayn Rand delusional dream of a country run by a handful of oligarchs living like gods over the common folk.

  • @billybobhobnob101 And everytime a liberal runs into oppisition in their attempt to use government force to get their way they call peope fascist..

I mean corporations facist..it all makes so much sense..

Thank you for being so smart and having a clue about what your talking about, so many people just write impressivly stupid emotional rants on here.

Here I though that Mussolini and Hittler were socialist but then Stalin started calling them right wingers to correct us all..

    Moron

  • Every time there is a fascist agenda in America the Koch brothers have their finger prints all over it- It's time to boycott Koch industries products, They have home building supplies GP Georgia Pacific and paper products like Brawny, Quilted Northern, Angelsoft, and Dixie cups- My slogan, Koch industries fascist products , don't want them in my house , wouldn't wipe my ass with them, won't drink the kool-aid from that dixie cup.

  • A for P is nothing but bull, but still they keep colecting money. what a shame
