My Arabian Sawscale Vipers (Echis coloratus) do like to have a drink of water once a week. This pair is conditioned to drink from a Pipette. Note the sizzling noise in the background. This is the "Sawscale" noise they make as a warning rather than hissing which in a desert environment causes a loss of water from the oral cavity.
