You need to smoothen the overall flow. The timing is ok, but there seems to be a lag at the peak of your backswing - you need to be controlling the ball, don't let it control you. The push down needs to be slightly faster too.

Don't worry. Your not the only one with a foul line problem. I do the same thing when I bowl two hands. Right after the release is when I do it, it's almost like the ball carries me down a little bit.
