  • while your break dancing is good its' of no practical purpose on the streets. you have no internal or external power to deliver effective blows. you need to get a refund.

  • This video presents a karate form (kata in Japanese). This is the art part of karate, showing a combination of techniques. Its sole purpose is to improve your coordination and dexterity.

For the streets we study the particular techniques separately, focusing on speed, accuracy and power.

The presentation of techniques, outside of such a form, is not particularly attractive, though. And non of us had his/her camera on the ready the last time he/she had to protect him-/herself on the street

  • @digdugs57 exactly

  • @class11a yes but the girl's form was sloppy to say the least. she was'nt bending her knees properly and everything was hurried her arms weren't running their full course.

  • who cares whether its 3 , 5 or 105...what does a number matter!!! its knowledge and skills that count not petty bickering over form numbers!!

  • How did Long 3 get the name Irish 5?

  • i believe that is Long Form 3, not Form 5

  • @digdugs57 : I was thinking the same, what's the hurry

  • I am by no means an expert on kenpo. I do know kata and this was hurried through and it looked poor at best. She needs to slow it down abit and focus on her footwork and her technique abit more.

  • Irish kenpo with an American flag in the back lol yea... ok... This is Tracy's kenpo with an irish accent, i would like to see some techniques, then we can really see what style of kenpo they are really doing

  • Tracy's long 3, not long 5

  • Very energetic presentation I enjoyed it,posture was pretty good I thought, horse stance could do with a little work, hope you don't mind the comment, Rich
