This is a video from MadOnion's graphic card benchmarking software, 3D Mark (version 2000) combined with a song called With My Own Eyes (from Sash)!
I have first heard the song on the background of this benchmark test in 2000 or 2001, but haven't had a good hardware to capture the video up until 2004. So this video is from summer 2004, making it a five years old baby of mine.
There are no cuts, edits, speedup/speeddowns, the song runs just as the video goes. The captured video was combined with the audio in VirtualDub, an open-source video editing software. I find it quite interresting that the video almost matches the song, although the original background song of the benchmark is some rock-style music.
Please excuse the horrible quality, I was trying to re-capture the video during the past years, but never had a computer that would be able to re-capture it even in 640x480 without frame drops :-(
