This man has turned his back on promotion and career, to tell the truth. But those he faces only seek to further their own power and situation.
Murray has martyred his career and all he has worked for to tell the truth about the events he has witnessed and for stating this he will lose his position and not them lose theirs.

If you accept information from torture from third party authorities, you are no better then that torturer. Effectivelty, you are torturing the suspect through proxy
