Spanish Royalty at El Greco to Velazquez Grand Opening in Boston!

In celebration of the exhibition openings of El Greco to Velázquez: Art during the Reign of Philip III and Antonio López García, Museum of Fine Arts Director Malcolm Rogers welcomes Her Royal Highness Doña Cristina de Borbón, Infanta of Spain; His Excellency Don Iñaki Urdangarín, Duke of Palma; artist Antonio Lopez Garcia; His Excellency, D. Carlos Westendorp y Cabeza, Ambassador of Spain to the United States; Senator Edward Kennedy and Mrs. Victoria Kennedy; and exhibition sponsors Anne Finucane of Bank of America and George David of United Technologies Corporation.

El Greco to Velazquez will be on view in the Gund Gallery from April 20 through July 27. Antonio Lopez Garci­a will be shown in the Foster and Rabb Galleries April 13 through July 27. For more information please go to www.mfa.org
