Nobody talks about window units g.e or comfort aire what's the process to recharge this units ?please can you make a video about it ? and let is know I'm eager to find out

@cubarico20 Most window units are throw away items. It's just not worth the trouble to repair a leak and recharge the unit. I do have a couple of videos about cleaning window units.

Hey Dr, I have read most of your threads. My ac unit always comes on & runs outside but since my last power surge (I live in Florida) the unit will not blow air inside/ unless I turn it off /turn on fam manually / then turn it back to auto --is it the capacitor ? or blower fan board ? an older unit but blows really cold air when working

@jessgatlin That could be either the thermostat or the fan relay.
