well a few things, I'm more or less an anarchist but this movie isn't accurate.
Only 4 states were against the 16th amendment, it was overwhelmingly ratified, and the other big thing is the federal reserve does NOT create the money supply, it regulates it.
What creates the money supply are local banks (who do it on interest) while the Fed regulates to what speed they create said supply.
The Fed doesn't magically create how many dollars there will be and give it banks.
