@rukih I remember playing sims for the first time. My brother had a ps2 and he bought sims on the release date.After days of watching him play. He asked if I wanted to try it out. I played for hours and loved it. I bought the original sims for pc and makin magic on the day of release. Epic nights of playing were had. That and my pet dragon always burned my yard. =] I will play the sims on the pc over console any day.

i used to play this game when i was 7, i got nightmares of every song in it. I remember i got 5 dollar from my grandparents and in the store i had to choose zoo tycoon 1 and sims 1 makin' magic both for 2.50 or the sims hot date for 5. (it was sale)

I can't play Sims 1 anymore because the pixely graphics give me eyestrain real bad but the music is too cute... (bassoon!).

this was the only sims 1game i didnt buy because i bought sims 2 instead in 2004
