With the stock markets surging, experts feel property rates might skyrocket, and say buy property while they are still flat.
The past is over, said Satish Magar, president of Promoters and Builders Association of Pune (PBAP). He said that he is encouraged to think that the recent significant upward movement in property rates abodes well for the market.However, Magar said property buyers must take the opportunity to buy now. Estate Agents Association of Pune (EAAP) newly elected vice president Kishen Milaney said there was a thrust in buying. If this momentum continues the prices may shoot up, he pointed out.
