I went on vacation recently to the Keweenaw this week and this was the only rail-type attraction open during the week. This cog tram is one of only 3 in the US, and the only in the midwest. I also threw in pictures of abandoned narrow-gauge wooden ore cars from the Quincy & Torch Lake Railroad which are rotting on the museum's property, as well as the cool Houghton/Hancock Lift Bridge at sunset. The last treat in this video is the bridge lowering after the Ranger III came through from Isle Royale National Park (which I sped up). Enjoy.
