http://www.roccocozzafitness.com In this video, I share an alternative breakfast I use when on p90x. Most days, I use Shakeology, but sometimes I like variety. This is one of my go to meal. Here is the recipe:

6 egg whites
4 asparagus stems (chooped)
1/4 green pepper (chooped)
1/4 red onion (chooped)
25 grams grate Parmesan cheese
Jalapenos to taste
red pepper flakes to taste

(plus 3 slices of turkey bacon)

Saute veggies over medium heat for about 3 minutes, then egg whites and mix until firm. Once eggs are set, add the cheese and fold in for 30 seconds. At the end, add the jalapenos and pepper flakes to taste...then enjoy.

  • SOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!! BABY

  • If you don't want your eggs to stick....your pan must be "hot" and once you put the eggs in....let me cook just a bit longer before you begin moving them around....Once you use a pan for eggs...only use it for eggs.

  • The secret for the eggs not sticking to the pan is doing it on low heat and only pushing in the corners. it makes them fluffier. I haven't tried it with egg whites though.

  • Great video, I want the sound of egg whites mixing as a ring tone..the sounds is just weird.
