Saw them Oct '82 and The Boss made a special guest appearance. Remember it cost 'n extra 5 Bucks cover charge. Bruce bellied up to the bar and had a beer with us. It didn't get any better than summertime on the Jersey Shore. Thanks for post'n this video.

The Old School Cats wee great, but the "new" Cats suck. At the Columns, Avon NJ on 7/10/09, The band took a break & when the DJ played & had a nice size crowd dancing, the drummer started playing his drums. I thought that was very rude of him. If I was the DJ, I would have complained. Their music sucks too. They go from like Melissa Etheridge to Motown to the Clash to disco to Guns and Roses. They'are all over the place so its hard to dance to their music.

they were the BEST house band! I used to see them in LBI, not Asbury but they always rocked the house. I still have their 45! Mean Streets was the single I think.
