I deal with enough negativity to know it is part of reality... Just because I choose to be mostly positive doesn't mean I'm hiding myself from reality. I shouldn't have to defend myself anyway. To each his/her own. I choose to be a positive healer, you choose to be a slap in the face enlightener; neither is 100% right, but again, neither is 100% wrong. The ones that need your help are helped, the ones that need mine find friendship.

If we aren't catching reality until death, then we are surely not finding life. If we live life so that reality scares us only on our death bed or as it flashes before our eyes, then we lived it without honour. Regret is irrelevent, and re-active. Proactive choice is to realize how we as humans affect our reality and that of others.

Yes, this is truth... we are walking what we have already done to ourselves... this population that is. Depending on what happens to our Earth, life may continue here; if any human life continues here it will be in a different way, and prolonged survival of them will be difficult, due to a severe loss of intuition and instinct. If all life goes out like a blown light bulb, then we're all on the same boat.

One thing I do know is... reality isn't all bad though, there is still much beauty within.
