Harvey actually speaks the truth, and maybe not best system but the site clearly explained it. Not sure if traffic or not but it sounded distinctly like Harvey bottom burped there during interview, realy uncalled for and unprofessional.

The statement "over a million applied for tickets" is true-but a gross UNDERSTATEMENT. There were over a billion hits on the site with well over 100 million attempts to apply for tickets. The demand repeatedly shut the site down. There has never remotely been this much demand for ANY entertainment event in history.

This is why it's important to know terms and condition before you buy. That's the key. What this asshat did by heaving terms and conditions upon you after purchase, doesn't seem fair in the least.

Sorry, but the zep tribute band dude is wrong. His buddy gives him his password. Why wouldn't his friend buy 2 tickets with his own credit card and his own password and then invite his fake Robert friend. DUH! One show only 20 years in the waiting.
