  • @fliegeroh LOL nope. Workers are owed a wage for every hour they work unless they're salary. Management's job is to squeeze as much labor out of the worker as possible, and workers should resist. We currently have a system which rewards the top and screws over everyone else. The sooner workers realize they've been had, the better. I don't hold out much hope for them here in America, however. They're too docile and able to be led around by their noses.

  • Learn how to spell I caught about 5 to 10 spelling errors. Like you spelled organizing wrong it's a "z" not a "s".

  • Eventually, everything breaks down anyway. More time and money is wasted on outside consultants than anything else. People should remember: 1. Nobody owes you anything, 2. work hard automatically, 3. life is never fair, and 4. thank your lucky stars, somebody always has it worse than you. If you remember these, you will end up a lot happier.
