Looks like fun, and I don't doubt some cooling, but in Florida with 80% humidity, there is not much evaporation, so these systems have limited effect.
They work best in hot dry areas.
Wish I could have made it to the Mango Festival this year. Fairchild gardens is a great place to visit.

@gilgamesh1962 Mist cooling systems do work better in dry weather but here in humid south Florida we get 14-16 degrees reduction in temperatures on a average day like that!
Yeah, Fairchild is incredible, a great place to spend the day.
