    You'll notice that early on in the monologue, Lucky mentions a personal god with a white beard and later, the boy says that Godot has a white beard. Perhaps Godot is supposed to be directly, or in some sort of metaphor, God. Even the name has, "God," in it. Over analyzation? Yes.
