How about betting Pass and Don't Pass at the same time. If a 6 or 8 comes for the number then bet your odds on the Pass line. If 4,5,9, or 10 comes then bet the odds on the don't pass.

Wrong, on 100x odds the house edge on total bet is -1.4141%/1+100(.6667) = -0.0209% not -0.2% as you stated. you were off by a factor of 10.

The only "strategy" in this game is to only bet line bets with full odds and NOTHING ELSE -- no hedge bets no "insurance bets" no nothing! Any other so-called "strategy" in complete bullshit.
