This was recorded prior to my hand surgery and my fingers had no sensation at all. This was an experiment to transcend the need for physical sensation substituting it with mental recreation of the strings. The spirit of SB was to overcome every possible limitation with creativity. Hello there GopalMeera..could I ask you a favour..my wife suffers from the same condition of her hands going numb after even 5 minutes of playing the veenai...Carpal Tunnel Syndrome we guess .....could you share what surgery you undertook and has it been successul..what is the rate of success, where did you get it done etc etc. Brgds,
