This is the six cylinder version or the Double Triple Engine. In the first section of the clip, the plates are in phase and there are six individual power strokes per revolution, much like a double acting three cylinder engine.
In the second section,, the plates are 180 degrees out of phase and there are three power strokes per revolution with two opposed pistons acting at the same time.
The transition occurs at the one minute mark.
The valve cover is transparent so you can see the rotary slide valve ring (red) on the eccentric.
