Engine failure upon take-off requires an auto-rotation, which is more difficult with the R22 helicopter than JetRanger.

there is a pack available to modify the R22 to real sensitivity. Google for it
Btw, how was that an autorotation?

Lol the autos of a R22 in fsx are not realistic!! i fly a real one and u dont lose RPM under 105% .

and to worlock1422 i took me along time to amster the auto in the R22 i thought it was impossible but it jsut came to me
your reaction needs to be quik asoon as your engine goes ur coll should be fully down
it also helps if your below 2000 feet

Nice, I could never get the R22 to auto in FS9 it just looses rotor RPM way to fast to do anything even with full down coll. or pulling it back up a tad like other birds.

Turn the sensitivity to maximum or aileron,throtle,elevator, and rudder and the heli is much easyer to control.
