A bit much energy cooped up in Cooper, we often take him to swim, to the park, all-night restaurant play lands or for walks at the mall. This holiday season, it didn't take him long to realize that the "stinky store" (some kind of perfume or incense) had music he could dance to. He'd step into Abercrombie & Fitch, check out the music and decide whether or not he felt the urge to dance. (This is also BEFORE his first Yo Gabba Gabba Dancey Dance encounter. No wonder he naturally LOVES that show!)
Here he's got his groove on and is asking almost everyone who passes if they want to dance with him (or perhaps he is telling them to dance with him). No one takes him up on his offer, but let's hope he is this persistent when he grows up. Let's hope he sloughs off rejection and moves on instead of getting his heart broken with every "No."
(I'm now re-watching this 7 months later and I am still proudly amazed at the way he is feeling this song. Mind you, it wouldn't be my personal favorite choice...but this isn't about me. Yet still...I absolutely ADORE my kid!)
