(Demi's POV again.)
The rest of the day past by fast. I didn't see Daren untill last period, we have that class together. What happened in lunch was kind of awkward.

We walked back to my table. As soon as we sat down, Nick and Kevin made it, so that there was only one seat left, in the middle of them both. Daren sat down on that only empty seat.

Nick kept glareing at him from time to time. I laughed at Kevin's expression. Well laughed quietly. Selena sat awkwardly on the other side of Nick. Daren seemed comfortable.

"What are your intensions?" Nick snapped.
"What are you talking about?" Daren asked confused.
"With Demi, you idiot. What do you want with her?"
(A/N-Nick isn't jealous at all, the reason why he's acting this way is because he's never seen a girl love somone so much. Remember his past? And how he became a vampire? This is why he wants to protect her.)
"Why do you think I have `intentions` with her? Do you actually think I'm going to hurt her or something?" Daren asked angry now.
"Look, I won't allow you to even think about hurting her. You even try? And you head will be off and in the state of Alaska got it?" He gave a deadly glare.
"Why the hell do you think I'm bad? I ain't going to do anything beside be her friend! Jeez."

After that nobody said a word. I could sawer that I saw Nick's hand twich towards Daren.

I walked down the hall to my locker. I opened it and took out my bbok back, Slinged it over my head onto my shoulder and grabbed some books out and put it into my bag.

I was glad, Joe hadn't left me the whole day. It's still freezing around me.

"Hey."
I looked up, Daren. "Oh, hi."
"What's up?" He smiled.
"Just getting ready to go home."
"You walk home?"
"Yeah, don't have a car. Crashed it along time ago, mom doesn't want me driving till I'm 18." I chuckled lightly and closed my locker.
"That sucks. Want a ride?" He offered me. I was walking, he walked along side me.
"Nah, I'm okay."
"Sure? There are bad people around you know?"
"Well I guess you'll just have to wish me luck and hope I don't get killed on the way."
"Very funny." He said sarcasticly.
"Yep." We were at the entrance of the school. I opened the doors and walked out. He followed. "Are you planning to follow me all day or something?"
He smiled.
I looked away.

I went on the side walk. And turned to him. "See you tomorrow." I half hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.
"Are you sure you don't want a ride?" He grabbed my arm before I could walk away.
"Yeah, I'm sure." I jerk my hand back. "See you tomorrow." I walked away briskly.

ok people Daren is not Joe, Joe didn't send Daren, Daren doesn't have bad intentions wit Demi, Joe is not going to kill Daren, Nick is just gaurding Demi. Daren is a nice guy not bad, he wants to make Demi happy again.
