hey does the g25 with this game realistic like if you shift wrong will it stall?

Well, "a lift off" if your talking about 1 corner, maybe.

He asked how to drift like that, the term most people use is Feint drifting, upsetting the weight of the car without using the handbrake, its how I like to drift.
