Well, I've never really been that good at 2d fighters anyway... 3d fighters and platforming fighters are more my thing in that department.

You obviously have no idea how to play these kind of games, do you?
First you button mash, that means pressing all buttons + directions at the same time and alternating between them until you pull off a combo. THEN retrace your steps and find WHICH COMBO YOU DID and learn the button combinations. After a long while of this process you will eventually become a master as have I with Lion in ACS. Thanks you and good night.

I had a really hard time winning a first, and I agree with you when you say this game is hard.
After dying maybe 100 times, and with practice, I can finally beat the game with Kyle in 5-10 minutes now ^^
So yeah, its hard to build up good combos at first, or pull off your Hi-Ougis, but practice, and you will beat the game! Godspeed!

I don't mean to deter anyone from playing this game, but it's easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. This is just my opinion, though...

It may look awesome, but I've played it. IT FUCKING SUCKS!!! Seriously. It's either run away and guard, or get hacked to microscopic pieces! I'm usually quite lenient in my judgements in games, but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had! It even made me cry and hit my head on my keyboard, it's so frustrating!

This isn't Mugen, its a fan-made Tales game that uses Tales of Destiny Remake (PS2)'s CC system.
