KY Ice Storm

I'm staying at a friend's house right now, and there's a huge ice storm. I was getting video since it is now snowing on top of the nice, the ice already took down tons of trees in the area and has knocked the power line from the house, I was getting some video of this with the snow when a big branch fell in front of me.

I remember it rained tree limbs forever! Talk about being nervous! Even in a cold powerless house it was nerve racking to hear a tree limb fall by the window and front door, also att towers were down and basically no one had a phone. I remember seeing people steal gas from car lots to get around because one gas station was open and the line was like 5 miles long! And it was only open for a several hours a day. Stores raised prices on food (the ones that were open) a can of chicken soup 5-10$!

Btw there is tree limbs coming down becuz so much ice on them just so you know if you havent seen the storm

I live in Owensboro, ky. And havent had power since tuesday night!! Its crazy saw electrical boxes blowing up and half of our huge tree fell across the road and almost hit the house right next to us, lines are down all over my neighborhood. I cant believe the mess. I am at my grandmothers right now waiting until my power comes back on, along with it all I came down with Pharyngitis, fun fun!! But we have a lot of help and people coming together, its amazing!!
