Rutgers University Professor Ariane Chebel dAppollonia offers an introduction to her recent seminar at the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation, Harvard Kennedy School. She explores the increasingly complex linkage between immigration, internal security, border controls, and the integration of immigrants and their prodigy.
