Almost spending 11 hours at the dojo, Erika pushes for one last kata before going home.

  • hello Erwin & Erika, wish You both a Prosperous Year 2011 ! Hope my trip to Okinawa comes true this year. Last year ot was not possible,,,,which was unfortunate....for me only.

Erika'a tecnique is good as always in execution of the kata , but to my liking ( and when imitating kata as fighting againt several oponents ) she holds too often and far too long pauses btw the different techniques. But that is just a matter of opinion. Dozo yoroshiku onegai shimasu !

  • Hello, what a great surprise to hear from you again. Your messages are always so sincere & it is a joy to read them. Happy New Year to you too. I was wondering what happened last year & was worried that maybe I missed your visit. Now I understand & please do not give up. Both Okinawa and Karate will never disappear. I appreciate your comments about Erika's kata. You are right, sometimes, she holds her moments a little too long. Please continue to keep in touch. Take care, Erwin

Thanks for your message. Sorry, that's not my dojo. That belongs to Shinjo Takahiro Sensei.

Are you here in Okinawa? If not, hope you can visit some time and I'll be happy to take you to the dojo and introduce Sensei.

    Take care...

  • Hi, many many thanks for the beautiful greeting.
