Sounds like a great place to live if you love pantyhose and tights. I hope you're right that the girls will continue to wear them in the future.

Not wearing tights with dresses started about 10 years ago in the USA. Younger girls would go without them in the summer. Now it's a bare leg horror show with woman in their 40's not wearing tights in February when it's freezing outside. I can't figure it out. It looks terrible.

I'm hoping thing change this year when the weather turns cooler.

In Poland you maybe don't have Hooters, but at KFC you can get beer unlike in USA. And everywhere you go and look ladies are wearing pantyhose. Whether it's the post office clerk, the KFC server, or your tram conductor, or whoever. Teenage girls wear pantyhose with shorts and mini skirts and seeing their control tops showing is something every one in Poland considers normal and is used to. Consensual age to date girls in Poland is not 18, but 15. 16 in UK. 16 in Russia. 13 in Spain.

@louverrone @louverrone Eastern Europe is not USA. And there is no Hooters here or Japanese race girls. But all kinds of girls are wearing pantyhose even w/o Hooters or Japanese race cars. Pantyhose being a long time womens tradition for any woman in Eastern Europe is accepted as a clothing base like shoes and shirts and skirts. That's how it just is here. No Hooters here, but you can get beer at KFC and McDonald's!!! And all girls serving you always wear PANTYHOSE!

@louverrone Eastern Europe and Russia is not America. In Europe it's cheaper for girls to buy pantyhose which go with anything rather than socks which are much more expensive and for girls make no sense. All girls as soon as they are teenagers wear pantyhose with pumps, sneakers, sandals, shorts, pants, or skirts and it's accepted. Even preteen girls are often seeing wearing them. For adult women there is no such thing as going bare legged unless occassionally on a very hot day at the beach.
