Public discusses possible Wolf hunt

So why did they schedule this for the day BEFORE they were to announce the deer hunt statistics for the yesr, deer license sales up overall 2%, deer harvest in the U.P. increated 10%, 5 times that. Conspiricy theories anyone? Did they do that so the wolves would look worse at the meeting? Or did they do that to make all those at the meeting claiming deer have been devastated and the drop in license sales is hurting them so bad look like lying idiots?

Will the hunters stay "sly" and let the number of antlerless permits be calculated using official deer counts with no complaint so the deer are managed properly - too many deer this year, more permits to reduce population - and at the same time claim wolves are devastating the herds, for years and continuing right now? And politicians ignore the openly obvious duplicity? Where there is smoke, there's fire, but where there are smoke and mirrors, it is usually only smoke and mirrors.

Will people turn their brains off, so they can both know wolf territories exclude other wolves, and have one litter per pack - and at the same time the contradictory opinion they cannot control their own numbers, are inexplicably made to destroy their own food supply? Not that apex predator, by definition, controls its own population and husbands its prey because it normally has no natural predator to - but instead the bizarre idea it means the opposite, an unnatural one is needed?
