@doctorariel I'm sure everyone would be thankful I'm not the videographer . Not only would I have a corking issue but the camera would be wiggling around so much watchers would get queasy & think I ate some funny crackers.

Thank you for this demo I like crunchy too. Was missing my crunchy snacks, i been raw for 50 days now. I love it. lookin forward to your book. Keep up the good work. Me too am in the process of buying a food dehydrator, it should arrive any day now.

I wonder if Abeba's recipes could work with chia seeds in place of flax seeds! Any thoughts?

@Smileeen From Abeba: Yes you can use chia in place of flax, its a different texture
but still has a pretty good krunch. Chia also acts like a laxative like flax. I would'nt use only chia I would mix with
some other tasty ingredients
