As a solution, employees have the ability to input the data by conducting interviews with exiting employees and transcribe the information collected.

In the past, corporations have been slow to adopt new technologies. While they are still skeptical about giving out video cameras and allowing employees to post videos, this concern will likely fade. The affordability of consumer, handheld HD cameras have made videos more accessible to the masses and more useful as a learning and development tool.
