Useful film showing Bingham in action, it`s a shame he was wary of the media during his tenure in the 3 Law Lord offices & didn`t adopt more of a public speaking role earlier. He seemed to moderate this policy in the last couple of years a bit but this was cut short too soon

I disagree with him on this subject though. HMG War policy shouldn`t be a matter of legality but of politics, for which it`s answerable to Parliament & the public via elections. The UN shouldn`t have a legal aspect to it.
