Dr. Hensel asks the panel about the benefits of computerized records. Dr. Kaufman, Dr. Chu, and Ms. Lessin praise computerized records for enhancing continuity and quality of care. Mr. Flanagan does likewise and also addresses privacy concerns in computerization; he then adds that the reform program benefits are modeled after those in the federal employees' plan. (This is one in a series of videos by Doug Drenkow ( http://douglasdrenkow.com ) for http://OpEdNews.com from the Rep. Schiff town hall meeting, in Alhambra, CA, Aug. 11, 2009)
