How to rip / copy DVD's and Blu-ray to Hard Drive, USB or DVD for playback on Xbox360, PC or PS3 +

This video shows you how to backup a film to a USB or to your hard drive for viewing on a PC, Xbox 360 or PS3. It then goes on to show how to burn to a DVD using ConvertXtoDVD. This is the method I use if you have a better way then feel free to leave a comment but dont comment saying how bad this method is etc.

To follow this video you will need:

Ripbot - and all the codecs and framework for it. (Download link provided)
ConvertXtoDVD
AnyDVD (HD for ripping Blu-rays)

ok i have a little issue ....i have done all this before with success but never knew how to get rid off the black lines. I am trying your method at the moment, re ripping a movie i already have done before, buts its been doing it for 10 hours already and saying 4 hours to go, and i am not even doing 2 pass encoding. Something went wrong. any idea.

dont you need like a special device/hard drive to rip blu-ray movies?
