Okay to the person who said spraying her that close could kill her-where did you get that information pepper spray is mentioned to be used close and in.a confined space-and must be semi digestible due to the fact that it sprays indiscriminately.

That's not excessive. Yes she's 15 years old, but laws are laws. She has to follow them just like you and I. The officer was allowed to do what he felt was necessary the second she stopped complying and bit him the hit was a reaction to the bite.

not when it's a police officer who is trying to use as less force as possible and arrest her. In fact if she listened to the officer he wouldn't have needed to use any force at all. If a police officer came and wanted to arrest me I would just listen even if i hadn't done anything and discuss at the police station. Police Officers are not a threat they are just enforcing the law.

I'm not picking sides in this case - but a 15 year old girl? Is it really a surprise that a kid might act like that? And her crime was? Because whatever this started with, it ended with summary corporal punishment of physical and chemical assault.

@berrydigital true that was a tad extreme....but that chick should really control herself better. idc how scared you are. im not a cop or a big fan of one but he told her to put her hands behind her back no less than 20 times. told her he didnt want to hurt her, applied a small amount of pressure to show he was serious, warned her she would get hurt if she resisted. and then she bit him. the spray was valid, the punch was not but still, he did his job, and well. and this is a black guy.
